Who We Are

At Two Sisters, we’re passionate about inspiring confidence, creativity, and excellence in dance and theatre arts. Our high-quality classes are delivered in a fun, supportive, and nurturing environment where every student can thrive.

We strongly believe that exercise through dance is an amazing way to build your self - confidence and self - esteem and we always aim to ensure that our lessons are fun for everyone. It is a wonderful form of exercise and a great way to make new friends.

We offer classes for children and adults of all abilities, and our vision is to support every one of our pupils' journeys, whether they are dancing for fun and exercise, or want to pursue a career in the Performing Arts. We look forward to welcoming you to our school. #DON’T STOP DANCING!

We are qualified ISTD dance teachers and have current DBS checks and public liability insurance. We are registered with the data protection agency; we have a child protection policy and a licence to use music. We are currently working towards higher levels of teaching qualifications.

Meet Your Teachers

  • Mrs Claire Farley

    PRINCIPAL

    Mrs Farley trained with Gaynor Walter and Deborah Laws in Newton Abbot from the age of 5 and completed ISTD examinations in Ballet, Tap, Modern, National and Jazz.

    Claire danced with her sister Laura in the English Youth Ballet and was a finalist at the Imperial Ballet Awards. Claire has also performed in many Musicals and Pantomimes as leading roles in Newton Abbot and sang with a choir at the Southbank in London.

    Claire completed her dance teacher training at the Deborah Bond Dance Academy and has achieved her DDI in Ballet, Tap and Modern and her DDE in Tap and Modern. Claire has been teaching since she was 18 and has a real passion for choreography, dance and Musical Theatre.

    Claire and Laura also volunteer at NEWTS, a junior theatre group in Newton Abbot choreographing for their shows and the adult society shows too. Claire is so excited to be working alongside her sister Laura and would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to ‘Two Sisters Dance & Theatre Arts’.

  • Emmett Marsh

    PRINCIPAL

    Miss Robinson started dancing at the age of 4, she danced with the English Youth Ballet and was awarded most 'promising dancer'. She became an associate of the Royal Ballet in which she gained valuable experience and training.

    Laura has danced and trained at the Deborah Bond Dance Academy completing ISTD examinations in ballet, tap and modern.

    Laura started her dance teacher training with Deborah Laws in 2009 and has achieved her DDI in ballet, tap and modern, she obtained one of the highest ever marks from the ISTD in her modern module, she then completed her DDE modern and she has been teaching since she was 18. Laura then went on to train at Laine theatre arts school in London where she gained further valuable training in the performing arts. She then went on to do professional performing work with a children’s entertainment group and dance group. Laura is extremely passionate about dancing and teaching and aspires to help others to fulfil their potential in dance.

    Laura is so thrilled to be working with her sister Claire and would like to warmly welcome you to ‘Two Sisters Dance & Theatre arts’.

  • Samantha Farrow

    TEACHER

    Sam began her dance training at the age of 3 at the Gaynor Walter School of Dance where she attained outstanding exam results over the years up to Advanced 2 level.

    Sam performed in many local shows and festivals and was a finalist in national competitions including the Janet Cram Awards and the Imperial Ballet Awards. Sam completed her DDI and DDE teaching qualifications at the Deborah Bond Dance Academy and has been teaching Tap Modern and Ballet since 2005.

    Sam is also a qualified Acrobatic Arts instructor and is passionate about sharing her love of dance and helping her students to achieve their goals. When she isn't teaching, Sam adores spending time with her two children Charlie and Henry.

  • Rebecca Hughes

    TEACHER

    Becca trained professionally for three years at The Hammond, gaining a degree in musical theatre. She then went onto live abroad in Greece and Cyprus working as a Dancer/Singer in 5 Star Resorts.

    Since Covid Becca is now a dance teacher as well as still working professionally for BassBeatz Productions where she is in several managed acts.

    These acts include a Spice Girls Tribute, a girl band called ‘Tuxedo’ and a backing dancer for a Becky Hill Tribute called ‘Disconnex’ She is super excited to meet everyone this term!
